We understand that a broken hearing aid is a major inconvenience to you. Fortunately, we’re able to do most simple repairs right in our office, with a quick turnaround time and for most major brands. For more serious issues, we can send your devices directly to the manufacturer, and we use FedEx or DHL to make sure we get them back to you as fast as possible.

A Loaner During Repair
Often we are able to provide you with a loaner hearing aid if yours needs to be sent back for repair. These devices won’t fit or sound exactly like your personal hearing aids, but they can be a good way to provide some help while we wait for the manufacturer to finish the repairs and return your hearing aids back to us.
