Roger Garcia has dedicated more than 40 years to helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. As the founder of Puretone Hearing Aid Center, he established the practice on a simple philosophy: provide personalized, honest care that delivers life-changing results. Licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1981, Roger has earned a reputation for combining decades of experience with a compassionate, patient-first approach. Throughout his career, he has remained actively involved in the hearing healthcare profession as a member of the International Hearing Society (IHS), the Texas Hearing Aid Association (THAA), and as a former member of the THAA Board of Directors. Roger is passionate about educating patients, building lasting relationships, and helping every individual regain confidence through better hearing. His commitment to excellence and family-centered care continues to shape the values of Puretone Hearing Aid Center today. When he's away from the office, Roger enjoys spending time with his family at the Red Bull Ranch, where he cares for his horses and enjoys the peacefulness of ranch life. An avid golfer, he also loves spending time on the golf course whenever he has the opportunity. Whether he's serving patients, working on the ranch, or enjoying a round of golf, Roger values faith, family, hard work, and the relationships that have defined both his life and his career.
Nick Garcia

With two decades of experience, Nick Garcia is committed to helping patients experience the life-changing benefits of better hearing. Licensed since 2007, he specializes in advanced hearing technology, hearing aid programming, and troubleshooting complex cases that require extra attention and care. Nick believes exceptional hearing care begins with listening. By building meaningful relationships and working alongside each patient, he strives to provide personalized solutions that restore confidence, connection, and quality of life. Outside the clinic, Nick enjoys Bible study, hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his wife Laura and their family. His commitment to excellence is inspired by Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." Every patient can expect to be treated with integrity, respect, and a sincere desire to help them hear their very best. Julia Garcia, Au.D., is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas and is proud to begin her career at Puretone Hearing Aid Center, continuing her family’s commitment to providing exceptional hearing healthcare. Through extensive clinical training, she has gained experience in diagnostic audiology, hearing aid technology, and patient-centered rehabilitative care. During her training, Julia has worked with patients across the lifespan and developed a strong interest in adult hearing aid fittings, tinnitus management, and hearing assistive technology. She is passionate about helping individuals improve communication, reconnect with loved ones, and enhance overall quality of life through better hearing. Julia is excited to continue a tradition of personalized, compassionate care and to serve the community she calls home. When she’s not working with family, she enjoys spending time with her new husband, Connor, and their two cats, Gus and Birdie.

Kris Garcia is part of the next generation at Puretone Hearing Aid Centers, bringing energy and a strong commitment to patient care. Training within the family practice, he is focused on helping patients get the most out of their hearing experience. Kris is passionate about making a meaningful impact and values the opportunity to serve others every day. Kris enjoys spending time with his 3 beautiful children, camping, drawing, working in his yard and at The Red Bull Ranch. Kris and his family attend Cypress Valley Bible Church.
